FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How long will the tour last?
The tour will last approximately five hours, but may vary according to the tours at each brewery.
How many samples will I get?
Each guest will enjoy one pint or snifter at each stop depending on the brewery.
Do I have to be 21 to buy a ticket?
Yes, we will be checking ID’s before you get on the bus.
Can I rent the bus for a private party?
Definitely! The Miami Brew Bus is a great way to spend a special day! Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Can I bring my own alcohol on board?
We are unable to allow outside beer or liquor (especially no liquor, c'mon now) on the bus, but you are welcome to enjoy beers brought in from the breweries on your ride—no need to chug it down before departure. We also encourage you to purchase growlers to bring your favorite craft beer libations back with you!
What is your cancellation policy?
Tours must be cancelled 72 hours prior to a tour in order to receive a full refund and/or reschedule a tour. If not, you snooze, you lose and will have to book again (sorry, it's the nature of the business).
Will my tour be cancelled?
We require a minimum of fifteen seats booked per tour otherwise the tour will be cancelled. In the event your tour does not meet the requirement, your ticket will be refunded or you can select an alternate tour date.
What is the appropriate attire to wear on tour?
Wear anything you feel comfortable in! Just remember, closed toe shoes are required!
Is this a party bus?
We love to host your party! We also love our breweries and encourage you to respect their facility. You can lean on our shoulder if you have too much fun, but if you’re partying like it’s 1999, we may be forced to end the festivities early. In other words, don't be that guy or gal.
Will there be any changes to the list of breweries available to tour?
Yes, breweries are subject to change based on their events and availability for specific tour dates. We will try our best to inform our passengers ahead of time in the event that we have to re-route our tour, but our first priority will be to give you a well rounded brewery experience maintaining the brewery line up as listed on your tour package.
